This is actually the most fun moment for all the kids. You can vividly tell this since as soon as a game is introduced, they all jump in ecstasy and sing joyfully. 8 SERIES CHALLENGE AT SADILI OVAL ACADEMY. Despite the bad weather throughout the week it just decided to be favourable during this particular day the 13th of March. Pupils turned up in large numbers for the long awaited day different schools which participate In the squad were well represented, the boys and girls summing up to 57, In attendance were pupils from Nazarene, Cana Junior, St Catherine and Kid star Academy aged 6 to 12 years. The boys and girls started up with registration and warm up which was done by the coaches then assumed the day’s activity that was playing tennis. The matches were well carried out with the children taking lead in being referees and guiding the others in counting scores and watching out for the mistakes made during the matches. NAIROBI COUNTY TENNIS ASSOCIATION IS LAUNCHED

Nairobi tennis enthusiasts now finally have a chance to work together and grow the game of tennis, with the launching of the Nairobi County Tennis Association, today, at Sadili Oval Sports Academy, Langata. Speaking on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary of Sports, Dr. Hassan Wario, the County Director of Sports, Ms. Caroline Mungai, reiterated the Ministry’s commitment to working with the county in developing tennis as an important sport in the newly devolved Kenya. Also present was George Kola, of the Langata Constituency Office, who said, on behalf of the MP of Langata, Mr. Joash Olum, was already working to improve and increase the facilities available for tennis, and would actively encourage other constituencies to do the same, in order to give the youth a positive lifestyle choice. Speaking for The Kenya Lawn Tennis Association, its Charman, Mrs. Paurvi Rawal, congratulated the county for being the first to register fully and that the KLTA would support the initiative fully.
